Leadership Code Self Assessment
Basic leadership competencies, like setting strategy and grooming talent, are the DNA of good leadership; what we call the Leadership Code™. Though basic leadership competencies won’t differentiate your firm from others, they are critical baseline skills for all leaders. The Leadership Code Self Assessment is designed to build understanding of the full range of behaviors of effective leaders and identify new leaders’ preferences among the action domains. It includes benchmarks against a global database of leaders’ self-ratings and includes a detailed individual report that will help you pinpoint strengths to build upon and weaknesses that may need to be addressed. This assessment is based on Dave Ulrich, Norm Smallwood, and Kate Sweetman’s book, Leadership Code: Five Rules To Lead By.
