Leadership Code Pilot Package

The Leadership Code Pilot Package has been assembled to simplify the implementation of the Leadership Code Competencies. It includes the items necessary to prepare and administer the 360 assessment, review and clarify the results, and create individual action plans.

The Pilot Package consists of:

• Ten (10) Leadership Competency assessments (w/ individual reports)

• One (1) group report

• One (1) hour feedback or consultation time with an experienced RBL consultant

• Ten (10) access logins to the Leadership Code Competency Development Planning Guide

• Ten (10) copies each of Leadership Code: Five Rules to Lead By and two additional white papers on the Leadership Code competencies.
