Pilots Checklist Workshop
The Pilots Checklist workshop will teach how to systematically manage change so that you can lead with more effectiveness. During the workshop we spend time assessing individual and group effectiveness at the change management disciplines. We provide participants with a framework and tools to more effectively manage change. Then through hands-on practice, case studies, and action learning participants learn to apply the techniques of effective change management to real business challenges.
