HR Competency Pilot Packages

The HR Competency Pilot Package has been assembled to simplify the implementation of the HR Competencies. Designed for smaller organizations or pilot groups, it includes the items necessary to prepare and administer the assessment of your choice, review and clarify the results, and implement the chosen improvement plan.

The Pilot Package consists of:
• Ten (10) HR Competency assessments (w/ individual reports)
• One (1) group report
• One (1) hour feedback or consultation time with an experienced RBL consultant
• Ten (10) access logins to the HR Competency Development Planning Tool
• Ten (10) copies each of HR Competencies and two additional white papers on the HR competencies.

HRCI Recertification Credits
Completion of the HR Competency Development Planning Tool qualifies for 3 General Credits for HRCI Recertification. Completion of the HR Competency 360 Assessment qualifies for 3.5 General Credits for HRCI Recertification. For an additional 3.5 General Credits, contact The RBL Group for information regarding the HR Competency Facilitated Course/Workshop.
