The HR Competency 360 Assessment gives the fullest picture of individual performance in the competencies shared by successful, high-performing HR professionals. Based on the Human Resource Competency Study, the largest global study on HR competencies, the HR Competency 360 Assessment gives participants the opportunity to compare their own perspectives of their performance with the view of their supervisors, HR colleagues, and line management associates, as well as global research norms.
